The first 4 you use give +50% damage to maelstrom mobs, and all 14 gets you to (I think) +100%. I think the percentage you get from all 14 is around 69-70%. Watched a video, by firespark81 I think, said the first 4 give the 50% but all 14 only give 69.something%. Added damage during the maelstrom.
