You may have to completely reassemble the fcu. Although for me the issue was the sear was blocking the take down lever from going back in. So you may have to push down on the top of it to move it out the way. The p365 fcu is definitely a pain in the ass compared to the 320. It seems like just one pin holds the whole damn thing together.

Push down hard (you won't break it) while pulling back on the slide and see if it will move. The takedown lever moves fine, but the slide release wont move, and the slide wont move when the takedown switch is down. I can reset the takedown lever and it functions as normal.
