It is worth doing for the quest not sure if it is worth farming. Except maybe the skeleton key boss. Just a run through, that's about it. Since ya have full gear, don't farm it at all. The ring and athame give damage so I normally go for that. You can get like 85 damage for storm at 40 with all the gear and a good pet.
