To celebrate one year of my being alcohol free we chose to mark the occasion with a luxury spa break at Aqua Sana Elveden Forest. Having never been to a Spa before and both being in our 70s we were rather nervous about what to expect however our concierge/host “Sara” went out of her way both before and during our stay.

My husband and I had a great time at Aqua Sana. I booked the 3 hrs session as a treat for my 60th birthday, and although we have been before and enjoyed the experience, this was the best time! The package got us access to the spa for two days 9am-9pm, a spa treatment, lunch on one day, £50 dinner voucher to spend somewhere in centreparcs, a private suite with access to the spa. In the suite there was a kitchenette, separate huge bathtub, beautiful balcony with views of the trees and golf course.
